Wish i would have picked something else

i loved this dryer at first! loved the size and ease. we bought a set when we moved in our new house a littlle over a year and half ago. we replaced our heating element around christmas and it just went out again. honestly frustated its out of warranty and i don't want to spend more money on parts to fix it. i used to love samsung. they just dont make appiances like they used to.

Worst & Samsung Care doesn't Care

i purchased this dryer (model number: dvg52m7750w/a3) in december 2019 from home depot. i have it in white and: (1) it stopped powering on; (2) when it was on, it it took sevwral cycles to dry anything. i acheduled a service appointment & the earliest available is ten days out because, apparently, i dont need to wash & dry clothes. i texted samsung care & they blamed it on my power source. i use the same outlet for my washer. attached is the proof!

Not worth the money.

drum cracked after only having it for 1 year and 3 months. called samsung and they pretty much told me that it cracked due to physical damage. i had samsung dryer before for alot longer. never would of thought it would only last for a year. i wonder if that's why they only give you a 1 year warranty on parts.

this has to be the worse washer and dryer i have ever used. the washer constantly goes off balance, ghen runs water and cycles through to help get balance but it never finds it. the dryer takes at least 2 cycles (2 hours) of timed dry full heat and time. if you try any other (sensory setting) you will just end up with wet laundry. so frustrating!
