Received the dryer with the matching washing machine on September 11, 2020. We had to replace 25+/- year old units as they were just worn out and parts were no longer available. My husband followed the directions by cleaning vents and connecting exactly as instructed. From the first use it has proved to be an excellent purchase on every setting used to date. Clothes come out wrinkle free and smelling fresh. We will continue to follow the directions for care and use, so that we can get several years of out of the units. No regrets on this purchase. Love the large capacity!

I like my dryer, but my biggest complaint is the speed it dries....it seems to take forever....It could be due to the size of loads I am able to do. I like all the setting and the fact I can do loads and not dry completely.... sometimes I like to hang things to avoid shrinkinge..but have not noticed this machine causing that. It is quite and performs well. I like that the lint screen has a cover to help keep the lint on the screen. I also like the color. Over all, happy with the machine...it does the job I need it to do!

So the dryer came in looking very sleek with a flawless design, I watched installers run there test but I had my own I was waiting to do. First I noticed how the Samsung took up less space than our previous unit which gave our laundry area a bigger look. I saw that the tub on the Samsung was very large and bigger that our old machine but the test is the comforters and how the drying would go. With our old machines it took two cycles to get them completely dry not with the Samsung one cycle and it played a tune to let me know it was done. This machine is unbelievable it tons of setting and features you can customize to your individual desires. I found my new favorite appliance and it is amazing.

I cant explain enough how quiet this dryer is, all digital interface makes it SO attractive and convenient. They seem to keep the user in mind with this product. Efficient? Yes. Quiet? Yes. My only reservation is the price point. You would expect as much from a very high end machine. You want quality, there's a premium for it. Simply a great prodcut.

dryer has great features, but it has horrible paint. we sprayed stain remover on a shirt on top of the dryer and it left horrible stains in the paint. disappointing paint finish!!

Got this JUST yesterday @!@ Ran it 3X, dries clothes nicely ! you can tell by the quiet sound that this beast is POWERFUL ! Has a zillion settings, the styling is like a supercar ! Finish is nice. Capacity will EASILY do the largest comforter ! Love the steam option so clothes dont wrinkle. Shoe rack is a nice bonus addition... the leveling feet are EASY to set if your surface is uneven ! Super love the blue display (matches all of my other SAMSUNG appliances !!)... There really isnt enough words in a day to describe this dryer (which I got as a pair with its matching twin washer)!

This dryer has a great variety of functions to handle any type of material and it easily drys large, heavy duty loads. Using the time dry or sensor dry feature ensures my clothes and linens are always completely dry, this saves on energy use too. I regularly use the steam sanitize and wrinkle prevention for my work clothes. I also appreciate the 12 preset drying cycles as they make choosing a cycle quick and easy. Look forward to having this dryer for many years.

I love my new dryer. It's sleek and spacious. I like that it has the steam function built in and has so many other settings. I can easily set it for what ever I need to dry. I like the fact that I can turn the drum light on or off when needed so that it saves energy. I am able to dry bigger loads/items easily and in a timely manner. My family loves the little song that plays when the drying is complete.

Dryer you exceeds all expectations

The dryer has a very nice and clean design to it, so clean I may have to update my laundry area. I love the oversized tub it's capacity to do extra large loads is great but I am most interested in the steam and sanitizing feature, if I can get more of the stubborn wrinkles out of the clothes. Being able to do that will cut down my time doing the clothes and gives me more time for other things. I have completed a few loads and it's been great, but the test is my load of shirts for work that normally come out looking a hot mess from the dryer. Well I am amazed I did my shirts removed them from dryer and was prepared to see a bunch of wrinkles but surprisingly they look great and have a very nice feel to them. The steaming feature on the dryer did a beautiful job on clothes. Samsung you have out done yourself with this one, the dryer and all it's many features are very easy to use and the machine has a look that's second to none.

Really Works Great!!

Just like its companion washer, this dryer actually makes me, a staunch avoider of all that is laundry, want to do laundry. It too makes the most awesome sounds, and has many settings that allow one to dry their clothes to meet many needs. With varied heat settings it's easy to make sure that things like football jerseys don't get over dried and jeans and sweat shirts get dry enough. The lint catcher also has a flip up lid to allow for all lint to be caught. The steam function is also very useful for dress shirt and slacks and the eco setting is saving me money one load at a time.

This dryer has an easy to use control panel for the task at hand. The drum is also large enough for my king sized comforter. The lint trap is different from the other machines I've owned. The trap is neatly tucked away at the front of the machine and it's compact. The fact that I can remove the clothes and empty the trap right there is great because I can manage everything in the same space. This machine is quiet and well lit which is a plus from my previous machines.

Now talk about dropping in a bunch of clothes to dry. This is working out well for us as we are able to get our 5 grand kids clothes done in a day. Like we play all week they sleep, and BAM they go home with clean clothes, while they were sleeping. Awesome help and we have a few more things to try to wash & steam with this dryer. So far so good, we will keep trying to wear this thing down

We've been using a front loader for the last 6-7 years and although they do a decent job, they are dirty and not the best smelling at times due to water not draining properly from wash to wash. This new Samsung top loader is fantastic. The features on it are state of the art and the cleanliness of the stainless steel tub makes the washer look brand new all of the time. The chimes it plays after a load is complete are great and cheerful and not your standard buzzer sounds you hear from most washers. It has all of the capabilities of your standard washer plus the ability to do quick washes, or deeper washes depending on how much of a load of clothes you have or how dirty the load of clothes may be. The outside look of these black stainless steel appliances is stunning and look much better than our previous units.

This dryer makes laundry fun! With its large capacity combined with its speed and efficiency I am able to get more done throughout the day as it plays a song when it's done so you never forget to pull it out of the dryer. Forget the iron too, with the steam settings you can freshen up clothes with year old wrinkles in just minutes. Theres also the sensor dry option which works amazing, did you overload it well have confidence in the fact that when it signals it's always dry. The dryer looks amazing as well, no more hiding the laundry room for me!

After a lifetime of bottom of the barrel dryer experiences I was super excited for the arrival of my new Samsung electric dryer. This is the first time I've owned a higher-end dryer and I must say I am not disappointed in the least! It's all thanks to The Insiders!! First of all the thing is beautiful! The black stainless with smoke glass front is really a sight to behold! It's not only beautiful but it is also packed with features. It's huge for one. 7.4 cubic feet is no joke. No more worries about over-crowding with big loads. The moisture-detection ensures that I'm not over-drying my clothes and they always come out smelling fresh. It comes with a drying rack for shoes or anything else you don't want tumbling around while it dries. The door is reversible so your washer can go on either side without the door getting in the way. There's a lint filter light right up top to remind you when it gets full. The lint filter itself is just inside the door so it reminds me every time to empty it out before I put clothes in. There are 12 built-in presets to cover the majority if your drying needs but on top of that you can customize the dryness, temp, and time individually to get everything just right. My favorite thing is probably the steam cycle though. It's never been easier to get those wrinkles out! Not only will it use the steam as part of the anti-wrinkle setting but it can also steam sanitize the interior to keep it extra clean. Even better than I expected! Lots of convenience features and a beautiful design. Very happy with my Samsung dryer!!!

My first impression was that I loved the color. Black is sleek and stylish. I love that you can see through the door to the clothes inside. I was impressed by the digital controls. It was easy to understand and figure out how to turn on. I loved that. Never had a digital machine before so it was fun and different. Finally, the inside holds a large capacity of clothes. There are many choices to dry like quick and eco. You can also change temperature and time with the touch of a button. It dries clothes fast and easily. I also love the rack that will allow you to dry your shoes without them jumping around. Can't say enough good things about this machine.

Large Samsung Dryer

When I first saw the dryer, I liked the design of it. The color was great, and I liked that you could see through to the clothes inside. I liked that everything was digital. I have never had an experience with digital controls before. It was very easy to figure out how to operate. It has many different choices and features available. Much more than I had on my previous machine. It seems to dry with no issues and rather quickly. I like that you have an economy choice for drying also. I have tried the steam dry and it works well. I also like that it has a rack to put in do you can dry your shoes without them bouncing around. All in all, this is a great machine with many features that I am sure I will enjoy for a long time.

Laundry has never been such an amazing experience before this. I thank Samsung and The Insiders for reminding me that laundry doesn't have to suck! And that the laundry room doesn't have to look drab. I was concerned about having a black laundry set but I actually LOVE it. I am actually motivated to renovate my laundry room based around the laundry set! The design is sleek and modern without looking stiff without personality. One of the true beauty of the dryer is that its silent! Like truly silent. Not it starts silent then slow starts growling and shaking like a manic animal. It was such a pleasant surprise. Even the light reminder that the load had completed was not obnoxious. For the first time ever, I did not mind having a cup of coffee and waiting for the clothes to complete. That was my way of testing. If I can actually read my book and drink coffee in the laundry room while the clothes are being cleaned and dried, then we can truly call this a success! I used the steam dryer on my nightclothes. Super easy to use and it actually worked! What an amazing concept of steaming my delicate clothes rather than the conventional way of drying. But the drying performance for regular clothes was great too. Every pieces of clothing was thoroughly dried. I am assuming that this is because of the dry sensor. Terrific! I was surprised to see how many drying features there were. I am not sure if I will ever be at the point where I have ti use so many of these options. But it is great to know that the option is always there.

This is a GREAT washer with very useful features, for large loads and family friendly washing. The design is sleek and contemporary color is great addition to any laundry room. Everything is easy to get to and easily understand. The audio setting alerts are helpful lets you know what is happening. Slow close lid is great to save fingers and startling noise of dropped lids, and the clear top allows you to actually see the cleaning process. happy with the quality and features. It spins really well with different levels of spin, so clothes take less time to dry as well. Bedding setting allows sanitized loads to ensure my/your families health during the flu season. i also Like to use the sanitation for my small dog items. Upon my further reading and I will know for sure with my future washing if the stainless steel wash basket that gently guides clothes in the drum really helps with protecting fabrics from fraying and snags.

I Actually Look Foward To Doing Laundry!!

I honestly never thought I would say that I look forward to doing laundry. With four children and a husband, laundry has long been the bane of my existence- something I really dreaded. Since I began using the Samdung 7.4 cubic foot electric dryer all that hS changed!! I mean I can't even begin to tell you how much I actually love using this machine. I also really do look forward to doing laundry too!! With advanced features like the steam sanitizer that eliminates 99.9% of germs and bacteria, who wouldn't look foward to washing their clothes? The multi-steam technology feature is really awesome feature. It actually gets rid of wrinkles from everyday wear by smoothing them away. I especially love that the sensor dry optimizes cycle time and temperature to thoroughly dry my clothes without over drying them and damaging them, because I have a ton of work wear that needs special care. Finally the vent sensor allows me to continually monitor the condition of my dryers air duct to ensure optimum drying performance. The lint indicator feature is such a great feature as I definitely don't want lint build up beccause that can start a fire so this is an especially appealing feature to me. Also, the drying rack lets me delicately dry undergarments, sweaters, and accessories and the interior drum light is nice and bright. The machine has 12 pre set drying cycles which covers all of my family's drying needs. There are 9 drying options with 5 Temperature levels making it easy to select the right temperature to dry my family's clothes gently and thoroughly. Another stellar product from Samsung and certainly a welcome addition to our home.

I love the and design of my Samsung dryer. I anticipate loving the drying rack for my sweaters, right now I have used the rack to dry my daughters sneakers. I appreciate the Interior Drum Light. Samsung says for stray clothing, I say just to add more style to the appliance & there are times this week that I have gone in laundry area without cutting on the room light and the drum light comes in very handy. Sensor Dry feature is really nice. I have used this feature the most thus far. it helps with drying time. I like the Steam technology. it is a great feature and saves on the task of ironing. It relaxes and smooths away wrinkles. This is something to use after a wear of clothing that isn't soiled and can be worn a 2nd time before washing. You must have time using this feature. Beware if you're going somewhere within an hour, this is not what you want to do. The appliance needs time to dampen the article of clothing & then begin to heat it to dry and smooth away wrinkles. The Washer & Dryer is ENERGY STAR ® Certified. Eco-friendly and energy-efficient. I haven't had appliances long enough to receive a power bill and notice a difference, although I can appreciate the certification for for future reduced power bills.
