Drum cracks and breaks often

this is a great looking machine. it is also conveniently preprogrammed and it is fast. however, the drum has cracked twice in 3 years. this last time, the drum rollers stuck out and stained my clothes and bed sheets. the bed coverlet got caught in the crack and was ruined. replacing the drum is costly. this dryer is eating up my money and time. a dryer needs to be dependable. this one isn't.

Design and features are good, but low quality..

I bought Samsung appliance set for new home. We like the front loading design, and features it has. But "Start" button keep gets stuck inside and not popping back out. I noticed this issue when I used the machine for the 2nd time, so most likely it was there since I received it. Bought this machine thinking I can use it for a while, but not sure if it can last long when buttons begin to not respond promptly.

So So Machine

I replaced my old Samsung washer and dryer with new ones a couple months ago. The dryer is not as user friendly as the old one and the most infuriating part is that my sheets always get wadded up into a ball in this dryer. Two sheets and 2 pillowcases. Customer service told me to get dryer balls which I already am using. No luck. Very sorry I purchased this brand again.

Removal trap big enough to reach in to remove things

Out of the three sets I was considering, this dryer' S lint trap is unique. It is large enough to reach down in to remove things that get in but also has a retractable door to prevent them from falling in the first place. Also the trap folds into kind of a box to catch little objects and unfolds for easy cleaning. If you've had something fall down there you know it can create problems because things will get caught on the trap, twist and tear or rip.
