Another Faulty WiFi card - Bad Customer Service

This TV developed WiFi connection problems not long after I bought it. I gave up on WiFi and connected to wired ethernet. That worked for awhile then it began having connectivity issues with ethernet. Then later the smart remote wouldnt connect most of the time. Then later video would freeze-frame then jump forward. Now its randomly rebooting itself. In researching the matter I discovered that many many people have had the same problem and that LG continued to sell TVs with defective network cards knowing that they would die That makes me not happy I attempted to discuss the problem today with an LG customer service agent who just wasted my time. At this point it is out of warranty but when a company KNOWINGLY sells you a defective product their warranty doesnt shield them from that. The right thing to do would be to fix the TV. Im disappointed in LG

WiFi issues faulty wireless card

I am really disappointed is the quality of this TV. The picture is great but the wireless card failed. I tried to hardwire it it but that connection randomly disconnects. Recently the TV started rebooting itself. I expected this TV to last a little longer but will need to get a replacement. I will not be purchasing another LG TV.

Love the TV not sure the supporting documentation

This television provides everything we need in a television and wifi streaming device. We have used it as our main floor family room television for a couple years now so the remote is beginning to wear. Some buttons have to be pushed a could times sometime firmly before it functions properly. So I attempted to purchase a Magic remote y my televisions documentation says that it is supported. But for some reason no one can inform me of the correct model of remote to purchase. Just a bit frustrated. Still a fan of LG just not the lack of support and their knowledge of the products the sell.
