Love the refrigerator! It is a bit bigger than what I had. The main part is roomy with great storage on the door. Freezer is about the same size as what I had. This is the second one delivered as the first was defective. Dealer was great about fixing the problem.

We purchased the Frigidaire 20.0 cubic foot top freezer from a local business. We wanted a top freezer and this model was available. It was delivered quick and set up. There was one issue we had with the temperature module that was quickly solved right away. Its been great ever since and its a really nice looking model. Frigidaire has done well here.

I recently bought my first home on my own. There are so many kinds of refrigerators it was confusing. I like the simple clean lines and the space inside is amazing!!! The deli drawer was tucked into the middle and goes from one side to the other. Lots of room for my love of cheese, deli meats and butter and then some!!! And the door space to die for! I did not want the extra electronics, ice make and water dispenser to me that always goes wrong. I had one of those and by the end of the day the ice maker quit and the water dispenser as well. This is a great refrigerator. Would buy it again!!!

Most people would not have stood their ground as the store wanted to repair a beans new refrigerator, I purchased a ™€œnew™€ one and not a repaired one. A well-designed refrigerator and very stylish with clean lines. Let's start with the outside, very easy to clean, new hidden door handle (recessed) helps keeps finger marks off (less cleaning) New inside door design allows for more storage. A meat tray that is wide as the entire door allows more food. storage New design lights are a special plus. Changes made over the years really have paid off, there is nothing I can say on the opposing side.

before buying this fridge, I contacted Frigidaire because I needed the door reversed. I made several calls and they all confirmed to me that it is covered and free..... I bought the fridge, scheduled a service....a technician came, AND wanted to charge me 150$ because 8 days had passed. NOBODY from the Frigidaire mentioned to me that it is free only for 7 days. (and I talked to a lot of agents) VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.... the agents talking to you are just simple people staying on their homes and looking for things on google!

So far, we like our new 20cu.F Gallery top Freezer Refrigerator. Wife enjoys the lack of protruding handles. Plenty of light in both compartments. The full width deli draw holds lots of items. This refrig is so much quieter than our 13 yr old Gallery. The textured SS front looks great and doesn't show finger marks.

Well, I was hoping to purchase a frig with the freezer on the bottom, but just couldn't find one that would fit into my space, so I settled for this frig, which was just the right size. Ha, glad I did, this is just perfect. I love the interior, it is large and man it must have been designed by a woman!!LOL - Seriously, it all makes so much sense and everything fits so nicely, I think this 20 cu ft fits more into it than my old frig. If there is a bad, it's that I have to bend over to get to the fresh veges - but oh well, I can handle that!!! I used to struggle to get tall items in the frig, this one handles it easily. I used to struggle with small items that should be in the door, the 3 large shelves handle all of it, which takes it out of the frig area. I love it, it's just wonderful.

Nice and Cold but Very Noisy

We purchased this refrigerator less than a month ago to replacement our 30+ years old Hotpoint Top Freezer refrigerator. The Frigidaire Gallery is bigger than our old fridge, everything is nice and roomy. The side shelves are large enough to accommodate high bottles or can be adjusted for shorter ones. The shelves inside the fridge are height adjustable for odd size items. The three storage bins are nice to have. Overall, I really like this Frigidaire Gallery. My only complaint is the noise when it runs the cooling cycle in the freezer. It sounds like something is not tightly secure behind the freezer panel in front of the cooling fan. It makes a very loud rattles sound when the cooling cycle kicks in. The noise is very noticeable even in a noisy environment. I checked the troubleshooting manual, and it has no reference to the rattle sound. I would give it a five star if the manufacture has better quality control. I hope this Frigidaire Gallery will last as long as my old refrigerator. Only time will tell.

Reliable with Good Ergonomics

We recently replaced our older Professional (still working after 20 years) for a more energy efficient newer Gallery series. Pros: Besides the energy efficiency, I like that the ergonomics of the drawers. The deli drawer extends the entire width of the refrigerator vs halfway in the older model. The door shelves are also an improvement as they extend the entire length of the door and easily fit milk cartons and other containers. Con: I do prefer the older analog temperature control to the newer digital one as it is a bit temperamental. Overall, I would recommend this product.

I have owned this refrigerator for a few months. It took several days to get it at the correct temperature. I find it beeps on its own from time to time. Also if I just go in quickly to retrieve an item it will beep for several minutes afterwards. I have also watched the cool level increase all on its own! So now when I hear a beep I need to check the temperature! The on line chat was of no assistance! I was asked to check my breaker!!! The owners manual only says the door will beep if held open for a long period of time. I don™€™t think reaching in for milk is a long time! Others have also mentioned beeping. Looks good, interior is sufficient, just don™€™t need the beeping!

We chose the Frigidaire 20.0 because we live in a small condo where space is a consideration. There are so many products that could fill the space so we wanted a quality product that maximized the interior storage space with innovative shelving options and an easy to use operating system. This unit does all of that in a very simple, basic way. The temperature doesn't fluctuate as much as past units we have owned. We are pleased with its clean exterior design and functional use.
