I am most appreciative that I have a fridge, however this one has the following loud sounds: a revving race car, a woodpecker on too much coffee, morse code really fast. After a month it has changed sounds, but they are all really loud.I had a friend over and he had just put a cookie in his mouth when the fridge came on - it scared him so bad he choked.A technician came out, but as 'Murphy' works, it ran quiet and smoothly when he was here.Tonight, it ran for about 2 hours. I was able to record the sounds this time.

I bought this frig (Frigidaire - FFHT2021TW) a few weeks ago. We had trouble following a poor installation but the service tech sent to fix the problem arrived promptly and corrected the poor installation; and so far, the frig has worked perfectly. Noise is a significant drawback to this model. Depending on your noise tolerance, I would conditionally recommend this product. For example, if your bedroom were adjacent to the location of the frig, I would not recommend it.

Works but noisy and craftmanship is just average

The fridge works but it has a lot of knocking and gurgling noises throughout the day. The temperature of the main compartment is constant. The crisper bin controls keep fruit crisp and the vegetables fresh. The freezer compartment keeps frozen foods solid. The movable shelves are not necessarily made of good solid materials. But the good news is, there's plenty of space on the door and inside the fridge. The overall craftsmanship is just average. The door corners show separation that eventually will expose the metal and be dangerous to fingers especially that they are close to the door handles. The door handles do not visually align but I'm certain that's just adjustment. Anyway, I hope it lasts. My previous fridge lasted 25 years with a few service repairs along the way. For a fridge that has an MSRP of $929 and maybe $700+ from the box stores, I expected a better product.

I have been using my new refrigerator for over a month now. I am so happy with this appliance. I had a really old refrigerator before. The design allowed me to fit a 20 cubic foot refrigerator in the small space in my kitchen. So much more room inside the freezer and the frige . Has wheels so that I can pull it out and clean under it.

I got this fridge as part of the pg&e energy assistance program and I love it!!! It hold our family of 5's food wonderfully. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it didn't come with an ice maker. It's an option I can buy for an extra fee (which we don't have money for) so we have to buy ice.

Fridge is fine and is working well. I would have given it a higher rating, if not for the ice machine. I've owned the refrigerator for less than a month and already have had to replace the ice maker twice. In addition, the valve on the back of the unit that attaches to the ice maker has also had to be replaced.

This unit is functioning nicely and is the right size for the two of us. I would have loved to get a bottom freezer but unfortunately there was not one to fit in the size I needed. Most importantly is the service I received from P. C. Richards and their staff to go out of their way to get me next day delivery one day before Thanksgiving.

I got this refridg about 2 months ago. Was concern about the size, but it has plenty of space. The door shelf can hold gallon and the inside is very roomy. I did not like the idea that mines did not come with a ice maker , but we ordered one and installed it. The ice maker is working great, so we are happy.
